Men in Black, in popular culture and UFO conspiracy theories, are men dressed in black suits and dark glasses, have olive complexions and drive big black Cadillac cars.

These strange men are said to harass or threaten UFO witnesses into silence. Do they work for the government or something more otherworldly? Are they even human?
